MAGPIS: High-Probability Supernova Remnant Candidates
Table 4 from Helfand, Becker, White, Fallon & Tuttle (2006)
"MAGPIS: A Multi-Array Galactic Plane Imaging Survey", AJ, 131, 2525
This table lists 49 newly identified supernova remnant candidates
that have weak infrared emission and
strongly non-thermal radio spectra (based on the 90cm
to 20cm flux ratios).
Column information:
- Name: Center position in Galactic coordinates (degrees). The name is a link
to the object's radio image.
- Diam: Remnant diameter (arcmin).
- Box Size: Size of square box (arcmin) that encloses the source.
- Fpeak: Flux density (mJy/beam) of brightest pixel in the source.
- Fint: Approximate integrated flux density (Jy) for the source. See the
paper for caveats about the accuracy of this value.
This file is also available as an ASCII table.
